How to customized the total thickness of spout pouch?

As said as my pre-article shows how to measure the total thickness of spout pouch, however, if you have not any spout pouch sample, how to customized the total thickness?

1-About the total thickness, what is connecting with?
(1)Packaging content
Usually, the packaging content which is suitable for the spout pouches with nozzle can be divided into “solid products”and”liquid products”,for example:coffee powder(solid products),juice(liquid products).
(2)Pouch style
Selected the different pouch style based on a different packaging content.
(3)Material structure
Selected the different material structure and total thickness based on a different pouch style.
(4)Packing volume
The packing volume is proportional to total thickness,the bigger on the packing volume,the thicker on the total thickness.

2-How to customized the total thickness?
(1)Usually,the total thickness of spout pouch has a certain of regular pattern.

10ml~100ml	≤100micron
150ml~200ml	105micron
250ml~300ml	110micron
350ml~400ml	115micron
450ml~500ml	120micron
550ml~600ml	125micron
650ml~1000ml	130micron
1500ml~2000ml	140micron
2500ml~3000ml	150micron
3500ml~5000ml	160micron

(2) And then,making an adjustment(±5~10 micron) based on the different packaging content and pouch style.
