of all, let’s analyses why to cause this situation
1-Using a wrong plastic cap opening method
As per the consumer using habit, usually, they will catch the body of pouch and then directly opening the plastic cap, however, as the sachet with spout is a kind of flexible packaging (the pouch is soft), if they are directly catched the pouch body, the liquid must be spilled over from the spout of pouch while the plastic cap is opening.

best method is collect the sample spout
sachet of your
local competitors, testing the packing volume and measuring the dimension of
pouch by yourself, to confirm if the size is suitable or not.
