In my pre-article, I have been simply introduced the material structure of “PET/LLDPE”, it is laminated by two kinds plastic, that is “PET” and ”LLDPE”, and without the barrier layer in middle. Obviously its advantage is the low pouch price made by this kind of material structure, however, what is its disadvantage?
Maybe someone will make the different opinion: our spout pouch supplier making the pouch by this kind of materials structure, for example, 3Liter liquid detergent stand up pouch with corner spout.
Yes, some foreign suppliers usually production theirs stand up pouches with spouts by this kind of material structure, however, meanwhile, it is along with some terrible presentation in the pouch finished quality.
B-Without the barrier layer, some special packaging content (such as liquid detergent) is easy to be infiltrated through the LLDPE layer and directly corrode the printing layer (PET).
C-Without the barrier layer, the pouch is easy to happen a situation of “un-standing upright”, it will becoming more and more obvious when the larger in size.
2-It is only suitable for some unpasteurized requirement liquid products
Without the barrier layer, the pouch character of against the pressure will be go bad, plus the pasteurization temperature is up to 80~90 degree, the liquid stand up pouch with spout cannot withstand such a high temperature (pressure) at all and cause the leakage problem.
