3-Any different kinds of corner spout doy pack?
To be precise,it can be divided into two kinds based on the different filling place.
(1)The kind which is filled from the pouch top,its characteristic as below
l Its corner spout angle is presented as “non-equilateral triangle”that is A angle must be larger than B angle.
l It matched the non-step spout cap,and they are pre-locked together.
l The toppest place of spout cap must be lower than the pouch top by a distance more than 1.5cm.
l Its corner spout angle is presented as “equilateral triangle”that is A angle must be equal to B angle,that is 45 degree.
l It matched the single or double gap spout cap,and no allow to be pre-locked together.
l The toppest place of spout cap need not lower than the pouch top.
To be precise,its max filling space is depended on the spout level.
(1)The kind which is filled from the pouch top,as its corner spout angle is presented as “non-equilateral triangle”,and the spout level is almost located at the middle of pouch,that cause the max filling space is 50%-60%.
(2)The kind which is filled from the spout,as its corner spout angle is presented as “equilateral triangle”,and the spout level is almost located at the upper middle of pouch,that cause the max filling space can be up to 70%.
