Sometimes,you can find some spout bag manufacturer from GOOGLE or ALIBABA shown their MOQ is only 10000 unit or 5000 units,but our MOQ is up to 100000 unit/design,why?Normally, I will keep quiet while my customers asking me such a question,or said I don’t want to cheated any customer who enquired a price.
1-We are not the plastic material manufacturer
As I mentioned in my pre-article,all
the spout pouch is customized,such as the dimension and material
structure,so,before the batch production,we need book all plastic materials
through the raw materials manufacturers based on different size and
materials,However,any raw materials manufacturers also have their MOQ,and our
MOQ is calculated out based on their MOQ.
2-We purchase the plastic materials through a formal method
Why some spout bag manufacturers could be accept low MOQ?It is depended on their access of obtaining these materials,1-Purchasing from the formal raw material manufacturers?obviously,it is impossible,because they have their MOQ;2-Using the stock plastic materials?Yes,maybe they have stock of these plastic materials,however,how long time these materials had been stored,who know it?3-Using the overdue plastic materials from Southeast Asia?Southeast Asia is the base of producting the plastic raw materials,usually,they handle the overdue plastic materials by the ultra-cheap method,for example:smuggled them to some coastal port of China by a ultra-cheap cost,normally,it is only 25%~30% price of formal raw material manufacturers and has not any MOQ requirement.
Similar to the food raw materials,Raw
plastic materials will also be "overdue",within 4 months after the
raw materials is finished production,it is the best time of using these plastic
materials for batch production,beyond this period,some physical characteristics
of plastic materials will be go bad step by step,especially the barrier
performance after the laminated process,if you have a strict requirements on
your products packaging,are you dare to use these packaging producted by the
low MOQ spout bags manufacturer?
