Reference article：size of spout pouch
In my pre-article, we had mentioned different size for the spout pouch, these regular sizes are figured out by a certain of calculation formula and matched up the according packing volume, however, you may be found they are unmatched after doing a testing, for example, the regular size of 250ml top spout standing pouch is 170*100+30mm, but actually, you may be found the max filling volume is up to 315ml, obviously,there is an area of 65ml is unloaded.
So, why the spouted stand up pouch reserve an unloaded area?
1-As a "buffer area" of air filling
When the packing content is the liquid or solid-liquid, after the filling of packing content, the spout pouch filling and capping machine need to fill the airs and inflated this unloaded area, in order to sink the packing content and extended the bottom gusset of spout stand up bags. here it will be used as a "buffer area" , if its space is not enough, partial filling content will be overflowed and cause the packing volume of final product exist a certain of tolerance.
When the packing content is the powder state products, the #7 working station of premade pouch filling and sealing machine need to draw the remained airs out from this unloaded area of spouted stand up pouch, in order to avoid the powder to be solidified.
